Our flowers grow mid-May through October, and that is when the sizes below are available. Loss does not keep to a season. If you need sympathy flowers in any other month, please call me at 262-365-4691 — off-season orders start at $250 for fresh florals, or $100 for a live potted plant. A living plant is often the kinder choice in winter: it travels well in the cold, and the family still has it long after the service has passed. Either way, I would rather talk it through with you on the phone than take an order through a form. A few minutes on the phone tells me who they were, and lets me make something as unique as the life you are celebrating.

These three sizes are delivered to West Bend funeral homes and churches from mid-May through October. If the service falls outside those months, please call me at 262-365-4691 and we will make something for it.

We deliver sustainably grown, fully compostable flowers grown on our flower farm in West Bend. As a farmer florist, Anna grows the seasonal cut flowers she arranges, so sympathy flowers leaving our farm are locally grown, eco-friendly, and never sprayed with pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.
As a local florist, we deliver to funeral homes and churches in West Bend, WI including Phillip Funeral Home, Schmidt Funeral Home, and Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home. Churches we deliver to include Cabrini, Holy Angels, St. Marys, St. James, Shepard of The Hills, Good Shepard, Immanuel, Calvary, Kettlebrook, Fifth Ave. Methodist, First Baptist, Our Saviors, St. Johns, Grace Bible, and a few more in the City of West Bend only.
After the service
When the service ends, it is nice to send family members home with some flowers for a keepsake. With foam arrangements that means pulling wet stems out of a plastic brick and finding a vase for them — usually on the one day nobody has patience for another task.
Ours arrive in a vase or vessel you keep.
We have never used floral foam and we never will. It is a single-use plastic that never breaks down, only breaks apart — shedding microplastics into the water your flowers sit in and into the ground it is thrown onto. But the honest reason we skip it is simpler: it makes for better flowers, and one less thing for you to handle.

Our fields and passive solar greenhouse are in bloom mid-May through October, and that is when we can offer the full range of sizes above. Outside those months every arrangement is made to order, on the terms at the top of this page.

Arranged from what we grow
Because we arrange what we grow, a sympathy arrangement in June does not look like one in September – and that is the point. These are the seasonal flowers we cut for funeral and sympathy work:
Ranunculus, Foxglove, Laceflower, Sweet William and Yarrow, with Cress, Privet and Ninebark foliage.
Peony, Sweet William, Calla Lily, Scabiosa, Campanula, Stock, Lavender, Feverfew, Bells of Ireland and Strawflower.
Dahlia, Lisianthus, Sunflower, Echinacea, Delphinium, Liatris, Allium, Celosia, Cosmos and Hypericum.
Dahlia, Sunflower, Lisianthus, Zinnia, Echinacea, Yarrow, Cosmos, Celosia, Strawflower, Nigella and Dusty Miller.
If the family has a flower that meant something to the deceased, tell us. If it is growing, we will use it.
